When do points show up?

Points post once your order is paid, usually within the hour. Refunded orders give their points back.

Do points expire?

Points stay fresh for 12 months from the day you earn them. We'll nudge you well before any expire.

How do reward codes work?

Redeeming mints a single-use code tied to your account, good for 60 days. One reward code per order, and codes can't be combined with other discounts.

What about market stall purchases?

For now, points are earned on online orders. In-person earning is on the roadmap. Mention it at the stall!
